Hi, my name is Eleonora.

I'm an Embodied Change Guide and Designer of Human Flourishing.

For as long as I can remember, I've been fascinated by one question: What helps people truly thrive?

Professionally, that curiosity led me into communication, service and experience design. During my Master's, I worked with Design Methods to help young refugees recognise their own strengths and create new possibilities for their lives. It changed the way I see transformation. Just as we can intentionally design products, services and experiences, we can also consciously shape the way we live.

At the same time, my own life led me down a deeply personal path. For years, I searched for clarity through therapy, personal development and self-reflection.

I built what looked like my dream life, yet I still carried a constant sense of overwhelm. It wasn't until I began studying breathwork and nervous system regulation that I realised something profound: I had never truly experienced what it felt like to be deeply relaxed. That understanding changed everything.

Today, I bring together science-based nervous system regulation, breathwork, embodied practices and human-centred design to help people navigate stress, life transitions and personal growth with greater clarity, resilience and self-trust.

Because I believe lasting change isn't something we force.

It's something we design—by creating the inner and outer conditions that allow us to flourish.
