Why You’re Still Overwhelmed
Even Though You Know What to Do

You know that moment when you wake up at 3am — tired, but your brain is already running through tomorrow? Or when someone asks you one simple question and you think, I literally cannot make one more decision today.

You’re functioning. You’re getting things done.
But somehow, everything feels like it takes more out of you than it should.

In this free 60-minute webinar, I’ll show you why this happens — and what actually needs to change when “just slow down” isn’t working.

Thursday, 20 August 2026 · 14:00–15:00 CEST · Live Online

✓ Why you still feel overwhelmed — even when nothing is actually wrong.

Understand why your body can stay “on” long after the stressful moment has passed — leaving you exhausted but unable to switch off, restless when you finally have time to rest, or overwhelmed by the smallest decisions.

✓ Why knowing what to do isn’t enough to actually do it.

Discover why you can know you need to slow down, say no or stop overthinking — and still find yourself pushing through, saying yes or running the same decision through your head for the tenth time.

✓ What to do when more thinking, planning and pushing isn’t working.

Learn how to Notice → Regulate → Choose so you can understand what’s happening inside you, create enough space in your nervous system and respond differently — instead of automatically falling back into the patterns that keep you overwhelmed.

I will introduce you to the 6 Steps of the
THE REGULATED PATH METHOD™

Because you can’t think your way out of every pattern. The method helps you understand what’s happening inside you, create space between trigger and response, and make choices that feel more like yours.

IF ONE OF THESE FEELS FAMILIAR
THIS WEBINAR IS FOR YOU

Because understanding what’s underneath the overwhelm can change where you start.

Your life looks fine.
But lately, you keep wondering: Is this really it?

You have a job, people you care about, plans, responsibilities. Nothing is dramatically wrong. And yet, somewhere along the way, your life has started to feel more like something you manage than something you actually live.

You’re the person who can handle a lot.
And everyone knows it.

At work, at home, with friends — you organise, remember, solve, support and somehow keep things moving. People probably wouldn’t describe you as struggling. But you’re starting to realise how exhausting it is to always be the one who can handle it.

You’ve become so good at considering everyone else that
you’re not always sure what you want anymore.

You know what makes sense. What’s expected. What other people need. What would be the reasonable choice. But ask yourself “What do I actually want?” and suddenly the answer gets surprisingly complicated. You’ve spent years adapting — and somewhere in there, your own voice got quieter.

Part of you knows something needs to change.
You just can’t tell what.

Maybe you don't want to quit your job, leave your relationship or turn your whole life upside down. You just know you don't want to keep feeling like this. But every time you try to figure out what needs to change, you end up thinking in circles — and eventually carry on as before.

Hi I’m Eleonora.

I’m the founder of The Regulated Path and an Embodied Change Guide working at the intersection of nervous system regulation, human behaviour and intentional life design.

For years, I was fascinated by how people create change. Professionally, that led me into communication, service and experience design — understanding what shapes human behaviour and designing better conditions for people to move through complexity.

But this question became personal, too. I knew how to reflect. I knew how to solve problems. I had built a life that looked pretty good from the outside. And still, there were periods when I felt constantly overwhelmed, couldn’t properly switch off and kept trying to think my way into feeling better.

Learning about the nervous system changed the way I understood all of this. I realised that sometimes, the problem isn’t that we don’t know what to do. It’s that we’re trying to solve something happening in the body with more thinking, planning and pushing. That insight fundamentally changed the way I understand change.

Today, I combine evidence-informed nervous system education, breathwork and embodied practice with my background in human-centred design and behavioural insight. Not to teach people how to become better at managing themselves. But to help them understand what is happening underneath their patterns — and create the conditions that allow them to respond differently. That’s also what we’ll begin exploring together in this webinar.

Why You’re Still Overwhelmed Even Though You Know What to Do

Understand what’s actually happening when overwhelm takes over.
So instead of immediately thinking “What’s wrong with me?”, you’ll be able to recognise what your nervous system is doing — and why.

Know what to do in the moment — not just in theory.
You’ll leave with a simple Notice → Regulate → Choose framework to use when you’re spiralling, pushing through or can’t switch off.

A different place to start when something in your life needs to change.
Instead of automatically reaching for more thinking, planning or self-discipline, you’ll know how to create enough space to hear what you actually need — and respond differentl

You don’t need another list of things you should be doing better.

You need to understand why knowing what to do hasn’t been enough — and what to work with instead.
