This guided breathwork session helps you reconnect with yourself, release tension, and experience greater clarity and presence.
Through targeted breathing techniques, we create a safe and supportive environment for transformation—whether you are seeking relaxation, want to release emotional blockages, or wish to gain a new perspective. No prior knowledge is required, just an open mind and a willingness to engage with the experience.
What to expect
This 2-hour breathwork session invites you to dive deep into yourself—to release emotions, connect with your body, and explore hidden or forgotten parts of your being. Through a guided breathing technique, you can reach an altered state of consciousness where healing, clarity, and transformation become possible.
The session includes 45–60 minutes of intensive breathwork, followed by a regulating breathing technique to gently return to the present. Afterwards, we will hold space for an optional sharing circle, and I will give you ideas on how to integrate the experience into your everyday life.
This journey is open to everyone—whether you are new to breathwork or already have experience. Come as you are, with an open heart, and let your breath guide you.
How does it work?
Lying down with your eyes closed, supported by a soft mat, pillows, and blankets, you will be guided through connected breathing—a rhythmic, continuous breathing pattern that allows you to surrender to the flow. As music plays and your breath deepens, your body begins to breathe on its own—instead of you breathing it.
How to prepare
The basic rule is: come as you are. Wear comfortable clothing (ideally without a bra) and don't eat too much beforehand. Allow some time for yourself after the session.
You should have the following ready for the session:
A quiet room where you will not be disturbed
A stable internet connection
A laptop or iPad to participate
Ideally, Bluetooth headphones or a good sound system
A mat, folded blanket, and pillows to lie on (the more comfortable, the better for relaxation)
A blanket to cover yourself with
An eye mask (optional)
Water for hydration
A notebook and pen to record your thoughts
Room spray or incense, if you want to create a special atmosphere
