The Regulated Path is designed for people experiencing stress, overwhelm, burnout, major life transitions or anyone who wants to build greater resilience, self-trust and emotional wellbeing. No previous experience with breathwork or nervous system regulation is required.

No. Whether you're completely new to nervous system work or already familiar with breathwork and personal development, the programme is designed to meet you where you are.

Most participants spend around 60–90 minutes per week with the course, plus a few minutes of optional daily practice. Everything is designed to fit into a busy life.

Live sessions are scheduled on different weekdays and at different times throughout the programme to accommodate participants from multiple time zones. You'll always have access to weekly live support without needing to be available on one fixed day.

Most live sessions are recorded and available to watch afterwards. The only exception is the Transformative Breathwork Sessions, which are intentionally held live to provide a safe, guided group experience.

I'm based in Switzerland (Central European Time – CET / CEST). Because participants join from around the world, live calls are spread across different weekdays and times whenever possible. Most content is available on demand, allowing you to move through the programme at your own pace.

Yes. The Regulated Path is specifically designed to help you understand your nervous system, reduce overwhelm and build sustainable regulation skills. All practices are gentle, practical and can be adapted to your own capacity.

No. The Regulated Path is an educational and coaching programme focused on nervous system regulation, breathwork and embodied practices. It does not replace psychotherapy or medical treatment.

The breathwork practices are taught progressively and safely. Most exercises are gentle nervous system regulation techniques suitable for everyday life. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant or have concerns, you'll receive clear guidance about which practices are appropriate for you.

Yes. Throughout the programme you'll receive support through live group calls, a private WhatsApp community and one individual 1:1 coaching session to help you integrate your personal learning.
